Individual psychotherapy — Patients typically begin with weekly sessions. As they feel better and become stronger, they step down to biweekly and then less frequent sessions until they are ready to terminate treatment. The decision to reduce session frequency and end therapy is made together with their therapist.
Group psychotherapy — We offer a twice-monthly adult outpatient Group Therapy for Women with Eating Disorders. In Spring/Summer of 2012, we will be starting a monthly parent support group.
Couple & Family therapy — This therapy supports couples and/or families as they work to reshape the way they interact with one another to better meet the needs of all involved. Most of the couple and family work we do is focused on helping them support and cope with the member who is struggling with an eating disorder.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — We offer two IOP’s, one for teens and one for adults. Please click on the Intensive Outpatient Menu menu tab for details.
